Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but due to the digital nature of our products/services, refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

✅ Defective or Undelivered Service

If our product/service fails to function as advertised. If technical issues prevent access (verified by our team).

✅ Duplicate Charges

If you’ve been accidentally charged twice for the same service.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind or failure to use the service after purchase. Subscription cancellations after the service period has started. Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse, fraud).

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

Include:

Proof of purchase (receipt/transaction ID).

Detailed reason for the request.

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.

Refunds may require troubleshooting (e.g., verifying access issues).

3. Approved Refunds

Processing Time: 7–10 business days after approval.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds: If only part of the service is defective, we may issue a prorated refund.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Recurring payments must be canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

No refunds for unused subscription time.

5. Chargeback Policy

Disputes must be resolved with us first— unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

Immediate account suspension.

A dispute fee (if the chargeback is ruled in our favor).

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

We reserve the right to:

  1. Deny refunds for abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests).

  2. Offer account credits or service extensions instead of cash refunds.
